DMCA / Content Removal Policy

KlickPinDown respects the rights of content creators and copyright owners. We follow the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable copyright laws, and we respond to valid requests for the removal of infringing content.

How our tool works

KlickPinDown does not host, store, or distribute any Pinterest content. When a user pastes a link, the file is fetched directly from Pinterest’s servers to that user’s device, and nothing is saved on our servers. All videos, images, GIFs, and other content belong to their respective creators. This tool is intended for personal use only, and users should only download content they own or have permission to use.

How to request removal of content

If you are a copyright owner, or an agent authorized to act for one, and you believe that content accessible through KlickPinDown infringes your copyright, you can send a takedown request to our designated email address:

klickpindown@gmail.com — please use the subject line “DMCA Takedown Request.”

So that we can act on your request, please include all of the following:

  1. Your full name and contact information.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work you own.
  3. The exact URL or URLs of the Pinterest content your request is about.
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the content is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your request is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens after you send a request

We review every request we receive. If a request is valid, we act on it promptly, which can include blocking the specified content from being downloaded through our tool. If a request is incomplete, we may contact you and ask for the missing information before we can act.

Counter-notification

If you believe that content was blocked or made unavailable by mistake, you may send us a counter-notification at the same email address. Please include your full name and contact information, the URL of the content concerned, and a statement that you believe in good faith that the content was removed or blocked as a result of a mistake or misidentification.

Repeat infringers

We respect the rights of creators and take repeat infringement seriously. Where we can identify users who repeatedly use this tool to infringe copyright, we may restrict or block their access to the tool.
